I have a new laptop. It's a beautiful laptop; the keyboard will get some taking used to. There are no stuck pixels like my desktop had. The keyboard will take a little getting used to I suppose, but that's just because it's flat whereas the keyboard I was working on before was one of those new wave keyboards.

I'm currently getting everything onto my laptop that I want on it. I've already downloaded mozilla firefox; I figure chrome, opera, and safari can wait until I decide whether I'm actually going to use them or not. I need iTunes, and my chat clients, as well as an antivirus software (Avira) and a few firefox add-ons.

All in all, things are going well. I'm very pleased with the new desk space, and with the new laptop. It's a very good laptop; I did even more research on it last night and it's gotten high ratings during reviews. It's rather higher-end for the middle spectrum. The only issue I have now is that the Internet modem and router are in the den one room over so every time the Internet goes out I have to get up and leave the room. It has a habit of going out later in the evening, although downloads have been made difficult today on account of the fact that the Internet keeps going out on me when I'm in the middle of something.

However, my brother is psyched about his new/ish desktop so he's in the den right now either playing around on his laptop or individualising the computer he just got from me.

I'm trying to move all my files and bookmarks over, so this is just a short update. I'm off to go finish setting up my laptop (which I'm writing on right now). Ta-ta.
